Azimo is an international money transfer service, that allows you to send money online from your laptop or phone via the app. Azimo has headquarters in London and offices in Kraków. Launched in October 2012 with the mission to make international money transfer cheaper, faster, simpler and easier to understand, Azimo was voted Best Money-saving App by the Guardian
The company was creating a social media campaign for the International Day of Family Remittances which is on the 16th of June 2017. This day is recognises the contribution that expats or migrants make to their families back home through their financial contributions. The target audience were typically expats who send money home to their family on a regular basis – they were looking at Generation X and Millennials for this campaign.
The campaign focused on creating a complete image over all social media channels. Moreover, the feeling of the images should express freshness and the feeling belonging to a community/family. The categories of pictures were selected to show diversity and inclusion, no matter the difference between the users.
